Winemaking

The grapes are harvested at perfect maturity destemmed, crushed and left to ferment for 6 to 12 days. The must is regularly pumped over to release the colour of the skins. Fermentation takes place under controlled temperatures, between 24 and 26.C.

Organoleptic characteristics

This garnet red wine of medium intensity with purplish glints is wonderfully brilliant.
An intense nose of dark fruit such as blackberries, blackcurrants and blueberries.
A rich and very round wine, its sweetness delights the taste buds and brings out the fruit while reinforcing its pleasantly persistent aromas.

How to appreciate ?

16-18°
Perfect to serve with salads, it can also be enjoyed alone or accompany dessert.
