Winemaking

The grapes are harvested at perfect maturity and the vinification process is highly technological. Fermentation takes place at very low temperature, between 15 and 18°C. The wine is aged in an inert atmosphere at low temperature in stainless steel vats.

Organoleptic characteristics

Clear, pale pink colour with a salmon-pink shimmer.
Full of expression, red berries, strawberries, raspberries, with spicy notes.
A really rich, fleshy and smooth wine, supple in the mouth with a definite sweet feel.

How to appreciate ?

10-12°
Enjoy it on its own or as an apéritif, but also with cured meats, grilled meats, fruit salads and desserts.
