Winemaking

The grapes are harvested when ripe, destemmed, crushed and then fermented for 6 to 12 days. The fermentation temperature is kept below 32°C and the wine is gently pressed. Lastly the wine is racked, filtered and bottled.

Organoleptic characteristics

Brilliant, deep purple colour with ruby glints.
Complex and powerful, the nose delivers aromas of red fruits, cherries with peppery notes.
Clean palate with flavours of stewed red fruits. This wine with fleshy tannins reflects the
typical characteristics of this grape variety.

How to appreciate ?

16-18°
Perfect to serve with white meats, poultry and grilled meats.
