Winemaking

The grapes are harvested when completely ripe and the winemaking process is highly technological. Fermentation takes place at a very low temperature of between 15 and 18°C. Ageing is in an inert atmosphere at a low temperature in stainless steel vats.

Organoleptic characteristics

clear, pale pink colour with raspberry highlights.
