In the green of the village of Santa Croce, between Camaldoli and Chiaiano, a different restaurant in Naples, where you can experience a total food and wine experience, sheltered from the noise of the city.
Tavernetta Colauri has been passionately managed since 2007 by the two cousins Rosario and Salvatore. In addition to the dishes of the Neapolitan tradition, revisited in pairings and presentations, you can enjoy fine wines and savor specialties of meats, both national and international, served on lava stones and pink Himalayan salt stones.
Tavernetta Colauri is located in what was once the “Rione dei Calori di Sopra e di Sotto,” a fraction of the village of “Santa Croce ad Orsolona,” the fief of the noble Colauri family. In the early 1900s, Vincenzo Passariello created his farmhouse here, dedicating his life and that of his children to innovation in agriculture on difficult-to-domesticate lands. His 9 children followed him in the venture, among them was Salvatore, grandfather of Salvatore and Rosario, the current owners who bring back to the table those rural and traditional values they breathed in their family.
